Pls let me know what types of computer and multimedia courses you are interested to learn - (may have to co-pay and attend the courses during school holidays as you have to go to vendor's premises as ITE does not have the softwares) ........ & I will arrange professional trainers to teach you......... . Welcome back to school!!

It has been a week since term starts on 16 Oct. This is week has 2 school hols, on Tue & Fri, so not agd timeto start our club activities. WE will start in Nov...... look out for the exact date!!

Also, deadline to key in yr cca details in the student portal is 31 oct. So pls do it b4 the window is closed.

WEB BLOGGING session ON on 16 & 30 August 2006

Hi members,

Understand that some of you are wondering when will be the NEXT multimedia session and thought that it will be today. (Alas, I need to run errands to prepare for my daughter 11th birthday makan session with her frens)

As next Wed 9 August is our nation's 41st birthday and it's a public holiday, the next TWO sessions are schedued to be on 16 & 30 (both Wed) at 3.30 pm at B1-06. Yes, more web blogging..... rem, you are to submit your web blogs to me by end sept ..... deadline can be extended to end Oct.

PLS HELP IN INFORMING THE REST OF THE MEMBERS!!

Hi members,


The last learning session before the term break will be on 9 June (Friday). The time is from 2.30 pm to 5 pm at B3-03. It will be conducted by Mr Ganesan, Lecturer from Higher Nitec, Accounting. You will learn Microsoft XP - Movie-making and Video Editing.

The attendance from the last two previous sessions on 26 and 30 May is quite a disappointment.

Those of you who are not regular in your attendance, pls make an effort to attend this one on 9 June. Pls give me your names by 7 June latest (either via this blog, via my email at Annie_Wee@ite.edu.sg or see me personally).

WEBLOGGING Confirmed ON 26 MAY 2006

Hi members,


Those who missed the previous two webblogging sessions, this is your chance to learn how to create your very own web blog. THE BIG DAY IS On 26 May (Friday) At b1-08 from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm. Those who have attended the previous webblogging sesions or who already know how to blog, here is the opportunity to enhance your blog or change your blog skin to make it more attractive.

REMEMBER, you need to submit your web blog with at least 7-day entries to obtain cca points under Multimedia Club, apart from clocking in hours by attending the learning sessions.

Next activity: 30 May (Tue) Microsoft Frontpage from 3.30 pm to 5 pm at b3-05 or b3-06, conducted by Mr Foong.

Attendance will be taken for all activities. Those who are inactive members (attended less than 10 hrs of club activity), will not be given any cca pts.

* The more active you are, the more cca pts you get!

Hi ! WELCOME back to School!!

Next Friday is a public hol. and I am not available on the 19 May.

So, we will meet again next on 26 May (Friday) on web blogging .... and changing of blog skins. Time is from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm at b1-08 (tentative). If there is any changes, I will post it here. So pls keep a look out and inform the rest in Multimedia Club.

Everyone will have to do your own web blog to obtain cca pts and submit to me.

30 MAY (TUE) 2.30 PM TO 4.30 PM there will be a course on Microsoft Frontpage, conducted by Mr Foong, Higher Nitec (Admin) lecturer. Will confirm venue with you later.
